H. Chris Ramm, CCIM

H. Chris Ramm, a Winston-Salem native, is the Founder and President / Broker-in-Charge of Ramm Commercial Properties, LLC, which he started in 2002.   Chris has been practicing commercial real estate since 1996 and represents clients from across the United States.
 
In 2001, Chris earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute in Chicago, IL.  This is one of the most sought after commercial real estate designations a commercial real estate broker can earn.  Less than six (6%) percent of the 125,000 practicing commercial brokers have earned the CCIM designation.

Chris has a wide range of expertise in commercial real estate, ranging from general brokerage, seller/landlord and buyer/tenant representation for commercial and industrial properties, commercial and industrial re-development, structuring sale/lease transactions and creating investment properties, commercial construction, and property management. 

Over the past several years Chris has started several companies with his two partners.  In 2004 they started Tower Space, LLC, a turnkey executive office suite business, which are located in CBD high-rise office towers as well as suburban mid-rise office buildings.  In 2007 Chris and his partners started Twin City Construction, a commercial/industrial construction company focusing on industrial, office, medical and retail up-fits.
